New Hampshire Voter ID Laws:
In-Person Voter ID: Medium – A photo ID is requested, but if none is presented, a voter may sign an affidavit and vote a challenged ballot. The SOS will then mail a confirmation document to the address the voter provides on the challenged ballot affidavit after the election which the voter must respond back to or they will be referred for investigation.
Absentee/Mail Voting Voter ID: Weak – The voter’s signature on the returned ballot will be compared to the signature on the application.
