Florida Voter ID Laws:
In-Person Voter ID: Medium - Photo ID requested, but a voter can still vote a signed provisional ballot if no photo ID is presented. If the signature on the ballot matches the voter registration signature, the ballot will count.
Absentee/Mail Voting Voter ID: Medium – A voter is required to submit their state driver’s license number, state ID number, or last four of their SSN on the application, and the voter’s signature is checked on the returned ballot.
